As a People Data Management Specialist, you will play a key role in building and operating this capability. The capability is part of the People Analytics team. You will act as the bridge between People Analytics and HR business, systems and process colleagues, as well as enterprise Data Management functions. You will translate data management policy into practical execution, drive data quality improvements, maintain data governance standards, and enable HR teams to take ownership of their data assets. This is a new role for an experienced data management professional who combines hands-on execution with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive adoption, and shape the future of HR data management within ASML.
