Your mission is to provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience, combining expert beauty advice with a deep understanding of our portfolios to drive retail excellence in a fast-paced environment. In the context of our outlets, you will play an essential role supporting our second life channels and making sure all our products find their way to our consumers. Your Key Responsibilities 1. Consumer Experience & Sales Excellence - Aspirational Service: Welcome every consumer with a high level of energy and professionalism, reflecting the L'Oréal brands. - Expert Advice: Conduct personalized consultations (skincare, makeup, and fragrance) to identify consumer needs and offer tailored routines. - Retail Performance: Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs (Sales turnover, Average Basket, Conversion Rate) through proactive up-selling and cross-selling. - Brand Storytelling: Act as a true ambassador, sharing the history and unique selling points of our diverse brand portfolio. 2.
