You make sure they know where to go, have the correct documents and can continue their journey without unnecessary delays. Drivers report to you when they arrive, and from that moment you make sure the administrative process runs correctly. Your responsibilities include: - Checking in and assisting truck drivers - Providing drivers with loading and unloading instructions - Preparing and handing over transport documents - Checking vehicle and shipment details - Processing shipments in the customs system - Making sure customs and transport documentation is complete - Coordinating with colleagues when something changes or does not match It is a combination of administration, communication and logistics. You are not sitting quietly behind a screen all day: drivers are constantly arriving, questions need to be answered and priorities can change quickly. This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. You work in two alternating shifts: 07:00 - 15:30 or 12:00 - 20:30 No night shifts and no weekend shifts.
