In this role, you'll ensure baggage systems run smoothly, reliably, and efficiently , making a real impact on global travel. As a Support Engineer, you are responsible for the support and lifecycle management of Vanderlande's High Level Controls (HLC) solutions deployed at airports worldwide. The focus is on ensuring the reliable operation and continuous improvement of the software controlling the logistical transport of baggage, including integration with connected subsystems and data-driven solutions. In this role, you take the lead in maintaining system stability and performance, analysing complex HLC-related issues, and ensuring that the solution behaves as designed within a business-critical environment. You contribute to integration activities between HLC and interfacing systems, supporting deployments, updates, and changes with minimal disruption to operations. You work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders across global locations, acting as a key point of contact for HLC support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
