De positie Introduction to the job In this role, you will set up and functionally lead the talent acquisition delivery team . You execute complex processes independently and manage operational improvements using your own professional judgement. You ensure that our hiring is established optimally - and be part of the technology innovation that's moving the world forward. You act as partner of the HRBP and business on the People Plan, providing labor market knowledge and advising on solutions. You transfer knowledge and translate business context and the HR strategy into the recruitment plans and daily operational priorities. You interpret and report on internal and external data to support stakeholders to make well informed decisions. You can present various data insights in a consolidated way and propose solutions and improved ways of working. Additionally, you mentor a small team of functional experts. You provide guidance and knowledge sharing to new colleagues and team members on TA processes, standards and practices. As a Lead TAA, you'll: - Be functionally and operationally responsible for the recruitment activities and stakeholder relationships for your designated business. - Create and propose a Talent Acquisition annual strategy for your designated business stakeholders, maintaining the plan and tracking progress. - Propose recruitment staffing solutions for your business, aligned and agreed with TL. - Functionally manage TA advisors working on your allocated business: Instruct, coordinate and collaborate with TA advisors and sourcers/searchers who assist your business with TA activities. - Manage operational recruitment process for a set of senior and/or high profile, challenging ...
