Bringing them from concept to a customer site anywhere in the world requires coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, a network of specialized partners and suppliers, and stakeholders across the business who all have a stake in the outcome. The customer is always at the end of the line, and they expect a machine that works, on time, and to specification. As we scale, we are expanding our project management capacity to ensure our development projects are delivered with the control, predictability, and decisiveness that our customers and the market demand. We are looking for a senior project manager who has done this before at the highest level of complexity. Someone who walks into a room and commands it, who reads a project status in minutes, who knows when to push and when to escalate. Someone who is not afraid to tell the management team exactly what they need to hear. What you will do - Own project delivery end to end. Take full responsibility for scope, timeline, budget, and risk across complex multidisciplinary development projects. Define the plan, drive execution, and keep every stakeholder aligned to it. - Manage a large and diverse engineering network. Our projects typically involve dozens of engineers spread across multiple specialized partners and suppliers.
