You’ll act as the key connector between customers, internal teams, and suppliers across Europe, solving challenges before they escalate and keeping operations running like clockwork. You will manage the full order lifecycle, from entry to delivery, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. What are you going to do? As an Order Processing Specialist, together with your team your key responabilities are: - Manage end-to-end order processing, coordinating closely with Front Office, suppliers, and customers - Oversee order execution from entry to delivery, including shipments, returns, and urgent requests - Handle customer complaints and requests in line with SLA agreements, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and inventory - Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution and meet customer requirements - Maintain accurate order data and prepare required documentation (e.g. certificates and export documents) - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with procedures and standards Your working day starts between 8.00am and 9.00am and ends between 16.00pm and 17.00pm.
