You will be part of the Procurement Strategy Office (PSO) and play a key role in ensuring that supplier-related regulatory requirements are fully embedded into our procurement processes. As Program Manager Supplier Compliance, you are responsible for ensuring that our supplier ecosystem complies with existing and future regulations where procurement holds responsibility. You will translate regulatory requirements into actionable programs and drive implementation across suppliers and internal stakeholders. This role is critical to safeguard Vanderlande against compliance risks while enabling sustainable and future-proof procurement practices. Our global procurement organization enables our projects and business functions by maximizing value and minimizing risks via the procurement of goods and services in a smart, cost-effective, and sustainable way. We ensure a resilient and competitive supplier ecosystem, aligned with Vanderlande's broader transformation and strategic goals. What you will do As Program Manager Supplier Compliance, you will ensure that regulatory requirements are consistently translated into procurement practices and embedded across the supplier base. You act as the linking pin between corporate compliance who defines the ERM frameworks, policies and guidelines and our procurement department planning & implementing the defined regulations.
