About this role
You start each workday with a friendly chat with your colleagues, making sure everyone is focused and ready to get to work. As a Warehouse Operator, you and your team are responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently. As a Warehouse Operator, you ensure the warehouse runs smoothly by picking orders with a handheld scanner, packing and labelling products, transporting pallets with an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT), wrapping pallets, checking orders for accuracy, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You are also happy to support other departments whenever needed, because teamwork is at the heart of DSV. This is what we ask from you: - You are at least 18 years old and have a VMBO level of education or equivalent working and thinking level; - You have a good command of the English language; - You are willing to work in two shifts (06.00-15.00 / 15.00-00.00); - You are not allowed to wear metal jewelry, piercings, shoes, belts, phones, or smartwatches; - You live within commuting distance of Moerdijk and have your own transportation;
