As Team Lead Knowledge Management, Innovation & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the Knowledge Exchange & Innovation (KXI) team and helping deliver learning and knowledge solutions exactly when employees need them. You will be part of the R&D Academy Leadership Team and work closely with other academy leaders, stakeholders across the global R&D organization, and the Learning & Knowledge Management Center of Expertise. In this position, you will balance people leadership, stakeholder management, innovation, and operational execution. You will guide a team of professionals, support their development and well-being, and drive the implementation of the academy's roadmap while increasing the impact and scalability of Learning & Knowledge Management solutions.
