About the position Perido is looking for a Facility Service Manager for our client, a large and well-known company in the automotive industry. The position is based in Gothenburg. Your daily tasks As a Facility Service Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future workplace experience with our client. You will act as a trusted partner to our stakeholders, ensuring high-quality facility services that support business needs and create value for our employees. In this role, you will: Act as the main point of contact for facility-related matters, ensuring clear communication and a high level of customer satisfaction Lead and coordinate the delivery of Hard Facility Management services, including technical building systems and short-term maintenance Have overall responsibility for facility service budgets, forecasting, and cost control within your area of responsibility Monitor supplier performance and ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual agreements and agreed service levels Ensure that inspections, maintenance activities, and service operations are properly documented, planned, and executed according to applicable contracts and requirements Collaborate with project teams, technical property managers, operations contractors, and support functions to secure efficient and integrated service delivery Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and workplace functionality Order, coordinate, and follow up on maintenance and service assignments to ensure timely and quality-assured delivery Support strategic workplace and real estate initiatives by combining technical expertise with a customer-focused approach Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Your characteristics We are looking for someone with solid experience in property and facility management, combined with a broad understanding of operational and maintenance-related matters. You are service-minded, enjoy working with people, and have the ability to drive progress and deliver results, even when managing multiple priorities simultaneously. As a person, you are self-driven, structured, and detail-oriented. You take a pragmatic and solution-focused approach, work collaboratively across different functions and teams, and are comfortable building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience At least five years of relevant experience in similar roles with overall responsibility for both technical operations and financial management Proven ability to manage matters related to a property portfolio and drive initiatives from identified needs through to implementation Communicate clearly and follow up professionally with internal stakeholders, business representatives, and suppliers Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners Be comfortable leading meetings, coordinating activities, and creating clarity around shared objectives and deliverables Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English Meritorious: Have experience with access control and security systems (locks and alarms) Contract type and hours Full-time consulting assignment until 2027-03-31.
