About this role
We are supporting a leading international bank on a defined loan portfolio transfer programme. As part of a wider balance sheet optimisation, a portfolio of syndicated loan assets is being sold down, and every facility in scope requires full transfer execution — documentation, system updates, agent and counterparty communication, and settlement. You will run transfers end to end , working directly with Front Office, agent banks and buying counterparties to get each trade documented, circled, booked and settled.
