This hands-on role covers Monday–Friday, 06:30–16:30, where you’ll be the go-to electrical expert, supported by a regional engineering network. You’ll maintain and improve fixed plant infrastructure, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and wash plants.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work on projects across the site to build a more efficient and reliable plant. With a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement, this is an excellent opportunity for an electrician with industrial experience or someone eager to develop in this sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out electrical PPM and breakdown work to keep plant and equipment running efficiently.

Diagnosing faults and working with production staff and regional engineers to resolve issues promptly.

Ensuring the correct spares are available on-site for critical breakdowns.

Performing risk assessments, permits to work, and supervising contractors as required.

Maintaining technical diagrams, site ESMS, and ensuring ISO 9001 and 14001 standards are met.

Planning upgrades or replacements for out-of-specification or obsolete equipment.

Who You Are

A qualified electrician with industrial experience or a strong desire to develop in this sector.

Skilled at problem-solving, responding quickly to issues, and working methodically to keep systems running smoothly.

Confident with safe systems of work and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment.

Experienced in supervising contractors and managing work permits, ensuring compliance and operational safety.

We are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. You will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.
