If you are 2- 3 years out of your apprenticeship or you have a recently completed your trade with a strong record behind you, we want to hear from you

You will work alongside experienced technicians across a broad range of AGCO hay and harvest products, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers. Previous experience with these brands is not required. What matters is that you have the skills and the mindset to learn, and we will provide everything you need to get there.

What your days will look like

Your work will be varied and hands-on. No two days are exactly the same, which keeps things interesting and keeps your skills sharp.

• Diagnose and repair AGCO hay and harvest equipment, seeders, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers.

• Work both in-branch and at customer sites, trusted to manage jobs independently.

• Build genuine relationships with our customers — you are the face of WSB in the field.

• Collaborate with your team, share what you know, and keep learning from those around you.

• Take ownership of your work and contribute to the high standard of service our customers rely on.

What we are looking for

We are focused on finding the right person, someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to invest in their career the way we will invest in them. The right attitude will always matter more to us than a perfect resume.

• Trade qualified Diesel Technician, 2-3 years post-apprenticeship preferred, though recent graduates with proven ability are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Experience with agricultural machinery is a bonus, not a requirement.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously on offsite assignments.

• Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with customers.

• A team player who contributes positively and supports those around them.

• Automotive air conditioning licence and HC licence are advantageous but not essential, we will support the right person in obtaining these

• The ability to establish strong connections with our existing customers.

• You will understand the importance of team work at branch level and throughout the company.

• You’re comfortable working on your own, managing your workload, and travelling across the Riverland and Murray Mallee as needed.
