The France and Benelux market is still wide open - we're looking for someone who wants a say in how it's built, not just someone to execute someone else's playbook. If you want real ownership and a direct line to the people making decisions, keep reading. You'll own the France & Benelux partner ecosystem from day one, while also managing leads and accounts for selected opportunities in DACH - with room to expand into additional markets as the business grows. What you'll do * Grow and develop the partner network - distributors, resellers, system integrators - across France and Benelux: recruit new partners, and take the existing ones to the next level through account management and joint go-to-market planning. * Create your own pipeline - develop relationships with partners and end customers directly, routing opportunities through the right partners. * Enable partners to sell - product training, presentations, demos and POCs, and help them position the full PATCHBOX portfolio around standardization, efficiency, and easier infrastructure control. * Drive market development - work with Sales & Marketing on regional campaigns, exhibitions, and events, and help build installer communities and reference stories. * Manage leads and accounts for selected opportunities in DACH - working alongside our existing DACH team, with growing ownership as you gain experience. What you bring * Several years of experience in sales, channel development, business development, or account management. * A proactive, hunter mindset - you create opportunities, you don't wait for them. * Strong communication skills; comfortable picking up the phone and engaging stakeholders at every level, from technical teams to senior leadership and C-suite, and building relationships with distributors, integrators, and end customers. * Self-organized and independent - you set your own priorities and drive your own schedule. * German: minimum C1 · French: minimum C1 · English: professional working proficiency.
