Work tasks: We are looking for a Server to join the Põhjala Tap Room team — someone who enjoys meeting people, has an interest in great food and drink culture, and wants to create an experience that keeps guests coming back. At Tap Room, great service is about much more than simply taking orders. You’ll welcome our guests, help them navigate our selection, recommend food and drinks that suit their tastes, and make sure their entire visit feels relaxed, enjoyable and professional. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * welcoming and serving guests in a friendly and professional manner; * taking orders and entering them accurately into the system; * introducing guests to Põhjala beers, food and other products, and helping them make the right choice; * recommending food and drinks and naturally suggesting additional items based on each guest’s preferences; * handling payments and cash register transactions accurately; * paying attention to guest satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of service throughout their visit; * keeping the bar, dining area and terrace clean, organised and inviting; * monitoring stocks of drinks, products and other supplies, and assisting with deliveries and inventory when needed; * working closely with the bar, kitchen and the rest of the team — because great service is always a team effort. This role could be a great fit for you if you enjoy a fast-paced hospitality environment, communicate easily with people and know how to stay attentive to guests even when the Tap Room is busy. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, but what matters even more is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail and a genuine desire to do your job well.
