LIMITED, seeks to employ a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Little Island, Co. Cork. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that dental supplies, equipment, and materials are delivered to clinics on time and that adequate stock levels are maintained to support daily operations. Main Duties • Coordinate the delivery of dental supplies and equipment to company locations. • Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment when required. • Communicate with suppliers and courier companies regarding orders and deliveries. • Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues. • Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records. • Process purchase orders and delivery documentation. • Assist in planning and organising stock movements between locations. • Prepare basic reports on inventory and logistics activities. • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety standards. Requirements • Relevant experience in logistics or a similar role. • Good organisational and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
