Initiate and grow up flasks of cultureRead flask cell densities on the Vi-Cell and calculate passage volumesSet up WAVE BioreactorsSet up 50L SUBsSample WAVEs and SUBsOrder feeds and media for flasks and bioreactorsSet up feeds and feed bioreactorsSet up harvests and harvest bioreactors, with or without concentration, and deliver to purificationGeneral lab cleanup and maintenance (cleanup after harvest, take out fiber drums, recycle media bottles)Inventory management of lab consumables and enter into appAdhering to Good Documentation PracticesMaintenance of a clean and safe working environmentExceptional communication and organizational skills will be necessary to interface with multiple clients at the same time.Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
