Customer Communication and Relationship Coordination:
Serve as primary non-sales point of contact for assigned EO sterilization customersCoordinate customer communication related to scheduling, documentation needs, and service statusRespond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and issue resolutionSupport onboarding of new customers and servicesScheduling and Service Coordination:
Coordinate EO sterilization scheduling in collaboration with Operations and Planning teamsTrack customer materials, documentation readiness, and service milestonesCommunicate schedule changes, constraints, or risks proactively to customers and internal stakeholdersSupport prioritization of work based on capacity, customer need, and business requirementsCross-Functional Liaison and Issue Management:
Act as liaison between customers and internal technical specialists, Quality, and ManagementCoordinate information flow for deviations, investigations, or service-related issuesEnsure customer requirements are communicated clearly to internal teamsEscalate risks or concerns appropriately and track actions to closureDocumentation, Tracking, and Process Support:
Maintain customer records, communication logs, and service tracking toolsSupport preparation and collection of customer-facing documentationFollow established quality system procedures and data integrity requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve coordination processes and customer experience Required:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or business-related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in customer coordination, operations support, or regulated service environmentsStrong organizational, communication, and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionallyPreferred:
Experience in medical device, sterilization, laboratory, or regulated industriesFamiliarity with EO sterilization services or quality system environmentsExperience working directly with technical and quality teams Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, plus additional hours, as needed. Candidates within a commutable distance of San Jose, CA are encouraged to apply.
Salary range is $22/h - $25/h depending on related experience.
