ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Outside sales of Eurofins E&E, NA testing, inspection, and certification services.
This position is responsible for managing strategic accounts, many of which will fall within the Top 100 regionally and/or nationally.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
This position reports to the Sales Manager or the Sales Director.

Work with Sales Manager to define and develop territory to increase new and existing salesManage a list of strategic accounts that fall within the top 100 regionally (within assigned territory/vertical), primarily accounts with 100K+ in revenue per yearDevelop documented account strategies for all accounts that will generate 20% growth annually across the portfolioEnsure alignment of services with client needsParticipate in industry associations applicable to key accountsPerform client research, prospecting, and networkingCollaborate with Marketing Department for strategic positioningWork closely with staff to cross-sell to all Consumer Product DivisionsAttend/participate in trade showsCreate and facilitate client presentationsMaintain quote/order and lead levelsPrepare sales reports and forecasts and write and follow-up on proposalsMaintain sales databasePerform other work as required REQUIRES:
At least 5 years of outside sales experience in the TIC industryOr, at least 3 years of outside sales experience in the TIC industry, along with a minimum $3 million annual revenue quotaOTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED.5+ year’s successful account management or sales experience in the TIC industryMust be self-motivated and assertive and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities.Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and superior presentation skillsPossess excellent interpersonal skills.Must possess strong organizational and time management skillsWorking knowledge of computer systems (i.e., Microsoft Office) is essentialExperience working with diverse teams (engineering, operations, marketing) is preferredAbility to travel at least 50% of the timeMust possess a valid driver’s license.
