About this role

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving the execution of marketing campaigns from brief to launch, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and consistency across all channels. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team by owning timelines, managing cross functional workflows, and maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams.

We are seeking an intense, detail-obsessed marketing operator who is a natural storyteller, uses AI tools fluently to produce compelling copy, and keeps every campaign moving without dropping a single ball.

Reporting to the Director of Social Media, you are the air traffic controller of our marketing team. You own the calendar, the briefs, the deadlines, and the communications that bring every campaign to life. You use tools like Claude and ChatGPT as a force multiplier, and you know the difference between AI-generated copy and words that actually sound like they’re written in SoulCycle’s voice.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Project and Campaign Management (75%)

Own and manage the marketing calendar across Comms, Social, and PhotoshootsLead intake and manage creative briefs in partnership with Lifecycle Manager and other cross functional stakeholders Build and manage campaign timelines ensuring alignment, accountability, and on time deliveryOversee asset coordination and execution, ensuring work reflects strategic intent at every stageServe as the primary point of contact for marketing and creative requests from the organizationProactively identify risks, gaps, and shifting priorities; adjust plans and timelines accordingly Maintain continuity and forward progress across campaigns in a dynamic, fast moving environment Communications and Writing (25%)

Develop and refine copy across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, social, in-studio signage, and promotional campaignsLeverage AI tools actively and proficiently to produce on-brand copy at speedEnsure consistency in SoulCycle brand voice across all rider facing touchpointsCollaborate with the Lifecycle Manager translate strategy into clear, effective messagingCommunicate updates and changes in direction with clarity, ensuring cross functional alignment 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong foundation in campaign or project managementHighly organized with sharp attention to detail and follow throughAdaptable and solutions oriented with the ability to pivot quickly and operate effectively in ambiguityA natural, clear,concise communicator and storyteller with a creative bentStrong cross functional collaboration skillsComfortable balancing operational execution with creative development without losing momentumActively using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in your day to day workflow, not occasionally, but as a core part of how you workExercises sound judgement and maintains a high standard for quality and brand consistency Passion for fitness, wellness, or community-driven brands a plusWHAT SETS YOU APART
