About this role
As a Junior Product Manager / Product Analyst, you play a hands-on role within a cluster team, combining responsibilities of product management and technical business analysis. From day one, you contribute to analysing business needs, shaping solution designs and supporting the delivery of AI-driven products.
You will help structure customer insights and data, support the creation of problem statements and hypotheses, and assist in translating these into user stories and acceptance criteria. You actively participate in backlog refinement and agile ceremonies, and support testing, user acceptance and release preparation.
The role is designed as a strong learning position with a clear growth path towards a Medior Product Manager role. You will work across product, customer journey and process domains, always with a focus on measurable outcomes, customer value and business impact. You are encouraged to take initiative within defined tasks and collaborate closely with more senior product managers.
