About this role
Application of IE-methods to improve efficiency and optimize cost in the production area of responsibility. Support the production area to realize the production budget and minimize non value-added operations by defining the required technical and human means considering quality, cost, quantity, timing targets and ergonomic aspects
Maintain data for production planning and controlling systems, cross check correctness and completeness of data. Development of process descriptions and work instructions.Collaboration for capacity/ production/ personnel and budget planning.Maintain IE master data in Manufacturing systems (JRules, SAP, FACT).Analyze losses data / OEE/ TEEP.Analyze data for wage systems. Calculate efficiency key figures for production employees.Collect and prepare data for capacity debottlenecking, strategic projects.Evaluates the effect of the Process improvement measures on process cost.Maintains the plant PIP report.Implements and maintains the wage accounting system and incentive premium calculation system.Makes proposals for incentive KPIs, target and rules. Maintain data for production planning and controlling systems, cross check correctness and completeness of data. Collaboration for capacity/ production/ personnel and budget planning.Consolidation of Capacity Reporting, PIP Reports, CUD Reports. Consolidation of Headcount Plan & Report.Consolidation of Shopfloor data analysis & Reports. Collaboration for capacity/ production/ personnel and budget planning. Fixed monthly management & central reporting.Local Key User SAP/ Jrules; IE Local Key User SFI & MMSPart of the IET network for systems development and standards for master data structure.Develop proposals and concepts for the use of IE-internal software including programming and IT new system.Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls.Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.Minimum experience 1–3 years in manufacturing, production, or process improvement roles.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing time/motion studies.Strong ability to analyze data, optimize production processes, and manage supply chain/logistics.Critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication to bridge technical and business teams.Good command of English.
