We are looking for an active, customer-oriented, and well-organized person to support our sales activities, manage customer relationships, and coordinate sales projects. In this role, you will work with customers throughout the entire sales process — from the initial contact and quotation to delivery and payment follow-up. **Fluency in Finnish and Russian is required for this position.** English language skills are considered an advantage. Your Responsibilities - Handling incoming leads and communicating with existing customers - Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining customer relationships - Participating in customer negotiations - Preparing technical and commercial quotations - Coordinating orders and sales projects from quotation to delivery - Monitoring deliveries, schedules, and payments - Maintaining customer and project information in the CRM system - Communicating with customers, suppliers, and business partners - Participating in customer meetings, industry trade fairs, and events What We Expect from You - Previous experience in B2B sales, customer service, or a similar role - Fluency in **Finnish and Russian** - Good negotiation and communication skills - A customer-oriented, proactive, and independent approach to work - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Good computer and IT skills - Willingness to travel to meet customers when required - A technical mindset and an interest in technical products and solutions Previous experience in refrigeration technology is not required. However, a technical background or previous experience in selling technical products will be considered an advantage.
