As Office Manager , you will be at the heart of the Brussels office , ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will combine service excellence and operational responsibility whilst working closely with local and international teams to support the day-to-day running of the office and contribute to wider firm initiatives. Your Responsibilities Manage facilities and office services, ensuring the workplace is well equipped, maintained and ready to support colleagues' daily work. Shape the workplace and employee experience to support team growth by identifying practical opportunities to make the Brussels office more welcoming, efficient and well organised. Lead and develop the reception team , creating a high-quality experience for colleagues, clients and visitors. In collaboration with diverse stakeholders (HR, IT, Marketing, the Social Committee as well as international teams) coordinate and deliver office projects and events including client seminars and team building initiatives Build and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring quality service and value for money. Contribute to Health & Safety, Security, Risk Management, Business Continuity and GDPR helping maintain a safe and supportive workplace. Encourage ESG initiatives and contribute to the firm's sustainability objectives in Brussels. Participate in the global Office Management quarterly meetings , sharing best practices and bringing innovative ideas to the Brussels office. You have minimum 5 years' experience in Office Management and an interest in how office management is evolving through new systems and technologies. Excellent English , with good knowledge of Dutch and French A proactive and motivating leadership style . Clear and confident communication skills.
