Jobomschrijving Customer & Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality communication with customers and suppliers while handling orders, inquiries, and after-sales support. Cross-Departmental Support & Business Development: Plan, organise, and manage workload to support business development and assist all departments with reports, data, and resources to ensure smooth operations. Compliance, Quality & Safety: Maintain adherence to company policies, SOPs, ISO standards, and health & safety regulations while protecting confidential information and promoting company standards. Ability to express fluently in English and mandarin/chinese Attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Enthusiasm, energy and determination, Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Customer oriented mindset
