We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management team. This position, which is located in our Brisbane CBD office, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client’s commercial and industrial assets and will play a large role in both the short-term cash flow and long term value of our clients’ assets.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
Provision of first-class service to landlords and tenantsRegular phone and face-to-face discussions with tenants and landlords to achieve positive outcomesMonthly management and financial reports for all propertiesAssisting sales and leasing agents achieve the best results for landlordsConducting rent reviews, lease expiries and inspectionsOrganising work orders, assess quotes and tenders and following up on completed works In order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
An ability and willingness to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenantsA positive and proactive approach to problem solving3 – 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate managementExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practiceCurrent Queensland Real Estate CertificateDemonstrated experience with property management platforms such as MRI, Cirrus8, or Yardi is highly regarded.You will benefit from a professional, learning based environment offering excellent long-term career opportunities and a competitive salary package.
