We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management team in our new Auckland CBD office. We are looking for a motivated graduate to assist a team of Property Managers on a portfolio of retail properties in the Auckland region and provide administrative support.

Primarily assist a team of Property Managers on a portfolio of retail and shopping centre properties in the Auckland region and provide administrative support
Ensure assigned properties are maintained effectivelyAssist with rent reviews, lease supervision, and implementing leasing strategiesAssist to prepare budgets and monthly client reportsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholdersAssist with strategic decisions in cooperation with individual ownersProvide administrative support to Directors in the team Bachelor of Property Services is preferrableREA Salesperson’s certificate or willingness to obtainStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong client-focus and relationship building skillsStrong presentation skillsSelf-motivated and deadline-focussedDiligent and conscientiousStrong time management skillsYour strengths
