About this role
As a Road Worker , you will be involved in a variety of road construction and sewerage projects . Together with your colleagues, you will help ensure the high-quality execution of works on site . Your Responsibilities: Carrying out house connections and foundation works ; Installing drainage gullies, curbstones, and other infrastructure elements ; Removing manhole covers and performing preparatory earthworks ; Supporting the team with various site activities ; Actively collaborating with experienced colleagues who will provide on-the-job training and guidance. You are the Road Worker we are looking for if you have the following profile: Motivated and enjoy working outdoors ; Comfortable performing physical work ; Willing to start work early , with shifts beginning as early as 6:00 AM ; Sufficient knowledge of Dutch to understand and follow safety instructions and site directions; Hold a valid Category B driving licence and a VCA certificate ; Experience in construction, roadworks, or infrastructure projects is an advantage but not required ; Reliable , eager to learn , and looking for a long-term opportunity .
