In line with our vision, we're seeking a Night auditor who shares our passion and is eager to contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for our guests during the night. Your areas of responsibilities include: Manage the reception desk during the night, providing warm, efficient check-ins/check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or needs with a smile. Monitor hotel security, conduct regular rounds to ensure the safety of our guests and the property, and respond to any incidents with professionalism and calm. Setting up the breakfast buffet to greet our guests with a delightful start to their day. Ensuring that communal areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests. Handling a range of administrative tasks to support hotel operations, including preparing documents for the day team and managing any late-night bookings. Previous experience in hospitality/customer service is valued, but your passion for our mission is essential. Good communication skills with proficiency in English and French, Dutch is a plus.
