On behalf of an international market leader in the Roeselare region, Let's Work is looking for a metalworker / grinder to work night shifts . In this role, you will ensure the precise finishing of aluminium profiles and frames. You will alternate between production runs and bespoke work, with quality always being the top priority. You'll receive a salary starting at €16 per hour, depending on your experience, supplemented by meal vouchers , and you'll have every opportunity to develop your skills further thanks to a comprehensive training programme. You will grind and deburr aluminium profiles in accordance with the technical drawings Using visual inspection and the necessary measuring instruments, you'll carry out quality checks on your own grinding work You'll alternate between production line work and piecework You process production orders via an ERP system You carry out first-line maintenance, e.g. replacing sanding brushes, maintaining work equipment, etc. Do you already have experience as a metalworker or do you already have knowledge of an ERP system ? This is certainly a plus! You're good at reading technical drawings and enjoy working with precision You are quality-oriented and value order and tidiness Do you speak fluent English ? Great!
