Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates through various channels. Providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet client requirements. Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviews and feedback. Preparing and presenting proposals to clients. Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of recruitment activities. A successful Traineeship Recruitment & Sales professional should have: A degree in a relevant field such as business, human resources, or a related discipline. A strong interest in recruitment and sales within the business services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
