About this role
Job description You will work as an independent freelance dentist within a mobile dental team. The collaboration is flexible and can be combined with a dental practice or professional activity in your home country. You will mainly treat patients with substantial and often complex dental care needs. As many patients have postponed dental care for a long time. Solid clinical experience, including extractions, restorative dentistry and endodontic treatment, is therefore important. In addition to clinical work, we expect a cooperative attitude and willingness to assist with the practical organization of the mobile dental unit. Practical working arrangement The collaboration starts with a five-day paid trial. During this first working period, you will get to know our way of working, our team and our patient groups. At the same time, we will evaluate whether there is a good professional and human fit. An evaluation meeting will be scheduled during or immediately after this trial period, covering: • Friendliness and helpfulness towards patients and team members; • technical and clinical skills; • collegiality and team spirit; • punctuality and reliability; • alignment with the mission, values and strategy of The Mobile Dentists; Registration documents • communicates professionally in English, or French or Dutch; • has a friendly, respectful and patient-oriented attitude; • is flexible, punctual and stress-resistant; • is willing to help with the practical organization of the mobile dental unit; • has a valid driving license. • a copy of your European dental diploma; • a copy of your passport or identity card; • the 2005/36/EC certificate relating to the recognition of professional qualifications within the European Union;
