Your tasks. - Lead and coordinate M&A projects from initial evaluation through signing and closing - Manage and coordinate due diligence activities across all workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality execution - Build financial models, perform company valuations, and support investment decision-making processes - Assess integration opportunities and synergy potential in close collaboration with business teams - Support the preparation of offer documents, transaction structures, and related legal documentation - Develop and implement turnaround, restructuring, and value creation initiatives across business divisions within the region - Drive post-merger integration activities to ensure successful realization of strategic and financial objectives Your profile. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, Transaction Services, Audit, or a related field - Strong understanding of financial concepts, valuation methodologies, and transaction processes - Excellent command of English; German is preferred, and additional European languages are considered a plus - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint - Highly analytical, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results - Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required Homeoffice: Umfang: Nach Vereinbarung
