For our site in Bremen (Germany) we are looking for an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist (f/m/d) Key responsibilities: - Supervision and execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and servicing work - Supervision and implementation of repair and maintenance measures as well as installation, interim and functional tests of components during retrofitting - Troubleshooting and rectification of faults - Disassembly and assembly of components in the areas of control, steering, drive and engine, hydraulic and de-icing systems and aircraft cabins - Checking and approving the maintenance and repair work carried out - Responsibility for creating documentation of the work carried out - Technical instruction of employees within the scope of the assigned projects Qualifications: - Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or equivalent training - Further training EASA Part 66 CAT B1 with valid type rating for DA42 TDI and Austro - Experience in the maintenance and repair of civil aircraft as well as in the area of base and line maintenance - Very good written and spoken German and good English skills - Ability to work independently and responsibly as well as a high degree of flexibility - Enjoyment of development work - Willingness to travel We offer: - comprehensive onboarding - the opportunity to work in international teams - the chance to tackle complex problems and find solutions in the aviation industry - a responsible position with excellent development opportunities
