Bistå i prosessen med å implementere et nytt resursstyringsverktøy i BDO. Lede ressursbudsjetteringsprosesser med fordeling og budsjettering av team på kundeoppdrag av ulik størrelse. Løpende oppfølging av budsjetter gjennom året for å sikre ressursoptimalisering til enhver tid. Optimalisering av team på kunde for å sikre god økonomi i prosjekter. Analyse av fremtidige ressursbehov, overtidsoppfølging og rekruttering. Sikre at BDOs interne retningslinjer for ressursstyring etterleves i praksis. Løpende HR-oppgaver for revisjonsavdelingene.
