Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking a Project Manager for our client in Greenville, SC who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties. Compensation and Benefits: $48,000-55,000 annual salary Paid training IRA match after 1 year Opportunities for advancement Per diem per day when traveling Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Day Shift Weekend availability Travel is required Overnight stays Essential Functions: Oversee and perform floor care duties: carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, buffing, grout cleaning, burnishing, different substrates, and window cleaning Support management with day-to-day operations to ensure timely, high-quality service. Maintain and perform preventative care on floor equipment inside warehouse; report worn or broken equipment promptly. Keep equipment clean and in safe working condition. Secure buildings and company assets upon completing work. Provide training and leadership to other staff when needed. Schedule reoccurring jobs and create schedule for floor techs. Train floor techs when needed. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of floor care experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or lead a small team Ability to train staff on proper floor cleaning techniques Mobility & Balance: Climb ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods Lift and push up to 60 lbs Carry 10–15 lbs on your back for at least one hour Perform repetitive push/pull cleaning motions Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to weather (heat, cold, rain, humidity) Travel between job sites as required Exposure to cleaning chemicals and operation of power floor equipment Flexible schedule- may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on client needs
