About this role
Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. This role will be will work closely with mechanical and controls engineering teams to develop creative solutions to take this program for R&D, though design validation and into production. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. About the team The Amazon Leo Tooling Operations (ALTO) team provides on site expert technical support focused in the fields of Control Systems Builds, Welding, Machining, Metal Fabrication, Laser Tracking, Precision Assembly and DFM.
