The Amazon Leo team is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager - Tech who are high performing, motivated and believe in our mission to close the digital divide. Key job responsibilities The Senior Product Manager - Tech role is responsible for defining and delivering service plans, customer offers, and value-added services that enable business customers to access Amazon Leo services around the world. This involves close partnership with global business development and sales teams, product and engineering teams, and finance and legal teams to define the visions, roadmaps, requirements, and plans and pricing needed to build and deliver features that create value for global customers at scale. Key tasks include - Define multi-year visions for products and services that leverage Amazon and Leo capabilities - Define the business case, pricing, and requirements for new business customer plans and offers - Define scalable service plan portfolio frameworks, and catalog change control processes - Identify customer insights, define business plans, and inform product roadmaps - Own service plan performance to inform plan optimizations Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
