*Summary*
Vogt Industries is a Canadian luxury kitchen and bath brand known for combining timeless design, quality and innovation. We work with designers, architects, builders, sales agencies and showroom partners across North America.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to work directly with our Co-Founder & Director of Marketing and take ownership of the day-to-day execution of Vogt's marketing, brand communications, PR, partnerships and events.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is creative, highly organized, relationship-driven and comfortable moving between marketing strategy and execution.
*TECHNICAL SKILLS*
4?6 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, brand management or a related field.
Experience managing social media, PR, creative or marketing agencies.
Strong communication, writing, organization and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable building relationships with media, designers, partners and external stakeholders.
Experience coordinating events, campaigns or product launches.
Strong eye for design and premium brand presentation.
Comfortable creating basic photo, video and social media content.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in luxury goods, interior design, architecture, kitchen & bath, home furnishings or a related industry is an asset.
Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar creative tools.
Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social platforms.
Meta Business Suite and paid social platforms.
Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools.
Website content management systems.
Microsoft Office.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
*Brand & Marketing*
- Work with the Director of Marketing to execute Vogt's marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar.
- Act as a key internal advocate for the Vogt brand, ensuring consistency across social media, digital, print, events and partnerships.
- Coordinate product launches, campaigns, catalogues, marketing materials and dealer
communications.
- Manage marketing timelines, priorities and budgets. PR, Media & Collaborations
- Manage day-to-day relationships with magazines, design publications, media partners
and industry contacts.
- Coordinate editorial opportunities, advertising placements, product features and media
requests.
- Manage existing brand collaborations and proactively identify opportunities with designers, architects, creators and complementary brands.
- Build and maintain relationships within the design and architecture community.
-Represent Vogt at relevant industry, designer and media events.Social Media & Content
- Oversee Vogt's social media calendar and approve content produced by external agencies.
-Support and manage the professional social media presence of the Co-Founder & Director of Marketing.
- Attend events, launches, showroom visits and collaborations to capture photo and video content.
- Create and edit day-to-daysocial content, including reels, videos, photography and graphics.
- Manage social media, creative, photography, web and other external marketing partners.
- Provide clear briefs, priorities, deadlines and approvals. - Review agency work for quality, brand consistency and performance.
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, graphic designers and other specialists when
required.
*Events & Brand Experiences*
- Coordinate trade shows, product launches, designer events, dealer events and other Vogt
brand experiences.
- Manage event communications, vendors, materials, content and on-site execution. - Ensure events consistently reflect Vogt's premium brand positioning.
*Digital & Marketing Operations*
- Coordinate email marketing, website updates and digital campaigns.
- Maintain organiz
