Experience
Previous experience in hair styling or cosmetology is preferred; enthusiasm for learning is highly valued
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships * Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a salon environment * Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain styling options * Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques to promote products confidently * Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a friendly demeanor
