*What we're looking for:*
* You hold a valid Optician's License in Ontario and are in good standing with the College of Opticians of Ontario * You've worked in retail and bring strong communication skills to help customers find exactly what they need * You are knowledgeable in using AI and AI related technologies * You see the individuality in every customer and help them discover a look that's authentically theirs * You take ownership of the energy and attitude you bring to work each day * You're committed to constant self-improvement and helping those around you grow too * You thrive on solving problems and enjoy a good challenge * You build genuine connections with your team, creating a culture of mutual support and motivation * Takes pride in store appearance, shows initiative to keep store clean, attractive & organized. * Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinic procedures including
*BASIC QUALIFICATIONS*
* Licensed Optician * Optical dispensing experience * Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder * Knowledge of current optometric retail practices * Strong basic math skills * Awareness of current fashion trends * Proficient in computer and Microsoft office software * Open to new technology
