*Duties*
* Morning shift at 6 AM, baking all bake goods to set up for the opening shift. * Prepare various food items according to recipes and standards, such as sandwiches, and toast. * Package finished products for sale, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained * Assist in food production processes, including baking, cooking, and food handling * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to adhere to food safety standards * Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations * Follow all safety protocols and guidelines related to food handling
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry preparation * Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices * Previous experience in the food industry or culinary settings is preferred * Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment * Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality presentation * Customer service skills that enhance the overall customer experience * Flexibility to work various shifts as needed in a dynamic kitchen environment
