* Provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. * Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood learning and development. * Educate children on basic life skills, social interactions, and emotional regulation through structured play and activities. * Create a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space, ensuring it is safe for all children.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in caregiving or early childhood education is preferred. * Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in childcare. * Ability to educate children effectively while creating an engaging learning environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children of various ages. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
