*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
*Duties*
* Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. * Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks as needed. * Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are in good working condition. * Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. * Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests from staff or clients promptly. * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. * Assist with heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as required.

* Must have drivers license and reliable vehicle * Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. * Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely. * Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking. * Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas.
