*Job Overview* We manufacture commercial grade wood toy products for use in public places. We are seeking an individual that has manufacturing experience, is detail-oriented and organized to join our team as an assembler.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating components in a manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to work with various hand and small power tools. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
*Duties*
* Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality. * Fabricate parts as needed using hand tools and power tools. * Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. * Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency. * Operate warehouse equipment as required for material handling. * Troubleshoot assembly issues and provide solutions to improve processes. * Able to lift 50lbs
*Skills*
* Ability to use hand tools and small power tools for assembly tasks. * Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. * Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
