*About the Role*
Guild Insurance Group is looking for an Insurance Broker to join our Brandon team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you?ll help clients with their insurance needs while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

*What You?ll Do*
* Process insurance transactions (new auto policies, renewals, changes) * Assist clients with travel insurance and other services * Handle payments and day-to-day office tasks * Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer service * Work as part of a team to deliver a strong overall client experience * Managing and servicing an existing personal lines book of business * Advising clients on home and other personal insurance products * Preparing quotes, processing renewals, and handling policy changes

*Required Skills:*
* Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Strong computer and time management skills
*Nice to Have:*
* Level 1 Insurance Brokers License (or willingness to obtain) * Interest in or willingness to pursue CAIB designation * Previous customer service or insurance experience * Post-secondary education (Business or Office Administration)
