* Assist roofers in completing their tasks efficiently. * Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks like cutting, drilling, assembling, and finishing materials. * Prepare work sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary equipment or materials. * Support roofers technical tasks under supervision to ensure quality standards are met. * Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
*Qualifications*
* Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. * Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools is essential. * Knowledge of construction processes, and other trades is a plus. * Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, bend, and work in various weather conditions. * Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills on the job. * Commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship at all times.
