About the Role: We're hiring a confident, personable Market Sales Assistant for pop-ups and events. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role focused on connection, storytelling and helping customers choose meaningful jewelry. Responsibilities:* Set up and take down booth displays* Greet and engage customers* Share brand story and product meaning* Process sales and keep booth organized and stocked What We're Looking For: * Comfortable starting conversations* Interest in fashion/jewelry* Stong personal presentation* Able to work in busy environments* Available evenings/weekends + travel (reliable vehicle)* Able to lift and transport display bins Bonus (Not Required)* Retail , sales or marketing experience
