Job description:
We?re looking for motivated, reliable, and skilled roofers to join our growing company.
Responsibilities:
* Install, repair, and replace various types of roofs (shingle, metal, flat, etc.) * Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair methods * Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized * Work efficiently as part of a crew or independently * Provide excellent customer service and represent our company professionally
Requirements:
* Previous roofing experience (2+ years preferred) * Knowledge of roofing materials, safety practices, and tools * Ability to safely use roofing tools and equipment (nail guns, hand tools, ladders, harnesses, etc.) * Comfortable working at heights and on steep slopes * Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions * Able to lift 50?75 lbs regularly * Strong work ethic and attention to detail * Driver?s license and reliable transportation is a must
